Q1. Where are you based?
Petersfield, Hants. Conveniently located directly off the A3, with close links to the South Coast, M3, M25 & London
Q2. Can you store multiple motorcycles?
Yes, we have a large capacity and can also store your clothing, helmet and accessories
Q3. Is my bike insured?
Yes, your bike is fully covered against fire and theft
Q4. Is your storage facility secure?
Yes, your bike will be stored in a discreet location with full 24 hr CCTV and Grade 3 alarm monitoring
Q5. Can I use my bike whilst it's in storage?
Yes, of course, all we ask is that we are given 48 hours notice to prepare for your arrival
Q6. Can I use my trickle charger?
Yes, or we can provide our own for your use at a small extra cost
Q7. Can I drop off my bike in person?
Yes, once you have been cleared through our security process you can deliver and collect your bike in person
Q8. Do you offer a collection and delivery service?
Yes, we offer secure transport services nationwide. All our partner couriers are specialised in motorcycle movements and your bike/s would be handled with the utmost of care
Q9. Is there a train station nearby?
Yes, frequent services to London and the south operate from Petersfield, Farnham and Haslemere, all within easy reach
Q10. Can you collect me from the train station?
Yes, we'd be happy to assist
Q11. I need some work done on my bike whilst it's in storage. Can you help?
Yes, we work with a number of dealers and specialists and will happily assist you, be it a service, fault-finding, or general maintenance
Q12. I want to sell my bike. Do you offer this service?
Yes, we can facilitate the sale of your bike and assist with any advertising or viewings on your behalf
